The update appears to include a few key features, according to release notes and APK teardowns:
Dual‐exposure controls Manual control over focus, light sensitivity, and more Photo quality of the example photos on the spec page Dual-exposure controls: Works on (supported) devices like the Google Pixel 4 to give you manual control of brightness & HDR effects.
Better, more subtle Frequent Faces & Top Shot: “Frequent Faces” is there to identify people you take pics of frequently, so your Top Shot pick can be unblinked and smiling. Also: grabbing onto the shutter button can trigger a Top Shot shot in default mode on older Pixels.
Clues to 24fps video recording & Do‑Not‑Disturb during video: APK teardown has found that new features such as support for 24 fps video and automatic DND mode while shooting a video.
📱 Devices & compatibility
For Pixels devices, Also Google Pixel phones (ie: Pixel3, 3a, 4). A lot of those features are hardware-dependent (e.g. Astrophotography is only available if the sensor + algorithm and stability above a certain level align). Android Sage

⚠️ Important cautions & considerations
Installing APKs: There are some websites that offer the APK (like APKMirror) for update7.3.017.291043786. APK Yet sideloading APKs from sources you don’t trust is riskier than getting them from Google: signature mismatches, bugs, instability.
